Here are instructions on how to get to the three communities of St. Lawrence's Parish - Dingwall, Gairloch and Ullapool. To plan your complete journey, click here (AA Route Planner).

From Inverness, take the Kessock Bridge north on the A9 until the Tore Roundabout. Take the A835 northwest towards Ullapool for approx. 8 miles, and at the Maryburgh roundabout, go right onto the A834 for approx. 1 mile until you enter Dingwall. Follow the road into Dingwall until you reach the Shell garage, then turn right directly afterwards onto Hill Street. Cross the junction at the Royal Hotel, and carry on straight ahead down Castle Street. St. Lawrence's is the third church on the left, approx. 300m from the junction.

From the Maryburgh roundabout (see above), continue north on the A835 towards Ullapool. This road will take you through the villages of Contin and Garve. Shortly after Garve, take the road west (A832). Continue for approx. 30 miles, passing through the villages of Achnasheen and Kinlochewe until you reach Gairloch. Once there, carry on through the village until you reach the Police Station and take a left. The Gairloch services are held in the Community Centre on your right - take a right then another to enter the Community Centre carpark.

From the Maryburgh roundabout (see Dingwall directions), continue on the A835 north towards Ullapool, passing through Contin, Garve, Little Garve, Aultguish and Leckmelm. From the Maryburgh roundabout to Ullapool is approx. 46 miles. Once in Ullapool, drive through the village until just before the High Street. The road makes a steep right turn up the hill, follow this; St. Martin's is about 100 metres along this road, on the left in the centre of a terrace of houses.
